Deflect and protect- digital harms training

Friday 23 May 9.30 am at SPCF annual awards ceremony at Bootle Town Hall.

Sefton Parent Carer’s Forum are excited to be bringing this training to our parent carers.  As parents we don’t always understand what our young people are accessing on-line or how it affects them.

Some members of the steering group have already accessed this training and felt that it was very impactful and powerful, so we wanted to offer this to the wider forum.

“This session to parents and carers will focus on the myriad of factors that lead to young autistic people engaging with on-line communities, how radicalism happens and how parents can create positive environments for young people to disclose on-line harm. ”
