Free family mental health and well being sessions

Select Training CIC currently deliver OFQUAL regulated national qualifications in Mental Health First Aid within the community to charities, community groups, schools, public and private sector organisations.

 These courses are a crisis prevention tactic, we want to educate individuals to understand their mental health, talk about mental health and look after their own and others mental health.

 Courses include;

Level 1 Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health (half day course).

Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health (one day course)

Level 2 Award in Youth First Aid for Mental Health (Age 14-18, one day course).

Level 3 Award in Supervising First aid for Mental Health (3 day course).

Mini Medics Mental Health (Age 8-13 years, half day course).

 All courses provide the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of people experiencing poor mental health, be confident to start a conversation and signpost a person to appropriate support.  

 We deliver the qualifications at your organisation; we can register up to 32 people per course.
