Give your views on dementia

Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) is conducting a worldwide dementia survey and people in Sefton are being invited to share their views.
The survey is aimed at people living with dementia as well as carers, professionals and the general public.
It takes about 15 minutes to complete the survey and all the findings will inform ADI’s World Alzheimer’s Report which is due to be released during World Alzheimer’s Month in September 2019.
The survey is closing this Friday (14th).
