Have your say on health strategy
Sefton Council is refreshing its Health and Wellbeing Strategy for Sefton and it wants to hear what you have to say.
The aim of the Health and Wellbeing Strategy is to improve the care,
health and wellbeing of all Sefton residents and narrow the gap between those communities with the best and worst health and wellbeing outcomes.
Read the current strategy here for information.
The council is currently undertaking the first phase of consultation in order to check that the priorities identified in the latest Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) are the right ones and that nothing has been missed which is important to those people who use our services.
The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) looks at the current and future health and care needs of the local population to inform and guide the planning and commissioning (development of services) of health, wellbeing and social care services within the Sefton authority area.
The questionnaire is currently on line and you can take part by clicking here.
It is also available in other formats including an easy read version which you can access here.
