Living well bus visiting Formby Waitrose & Bootle Strand this April to provide health checks and routine immunisations
Cheshire and Merseyside’s ‘Living Well’ bus will be visiting Sefton again on Thursday 4th and Wednesday 10th April, providing health checks and advice as well as routine immunisations.
Sefton locations
The bus will be at:
- Waitrose Formby Three Tuns Ln, Formby, L37 4AJ on Thursday 4th April
- Bootle Strand, Strand Road Bootle L20 on Wednesday 10th April
from 10.30am to 4pm, no appointments needed.
Vaccinations available include the MMR which provides protection against serious diseases like measles, currently re-emerging across the country.
Consistent health and care
The service, which is delivered by the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, was launched in June 2022 to offer a consistent health and care approach across communities across Cheshire and Merseyside. All activity is recorded and shared with your GP, ensuring ongoing understanding and support for your health is in place.
