Memory Cafe dates 2018 – Sefton

Memory cafes are informal drop in groups where people living with dementia and their carers can get together to share and talk about things that are important to them. Alzheimer’s Society staff will be on hand to give information and support and we often have guest speakers covering a range of topics. There is no need to book, just come along on the day and you will be made very welcome.
