BfN and ABM can now confirm that the helpline will continue to offer information and support by phone 24/7 on 0300 100 0212. Our social media services via Facebook and Instagram, will also now also be available 24/7. Our friendly and supportive team will offer the same high-quality service for which they are known, throughout the night. All volunteers and staff have lived experience of breastfeeding, receive our accredited training and regular supervision.
Whether it’s support with latching, breast pain, typical infant behaviour, stopping breastfeeding or combination feeding with a bottle, our volunteers and staff listen without judgement, offer independent, evidence-based information and support whenever they are needed and for as long as they are needed, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
