New mindfulness and relaxation course starting at May Logan centre in January

New free 6 week relaxation and mindfulness workshop starting at May Logan Centre on Tuesday 14 January 2025, 10am- 11.30am.

This will offer a safe space for you to relax, unwind and take some time for yourself.  You will learn simple tools and techniques to help you regulate your mind and nervous system.

Workshop highlights include guided meditation and visualisation and simple breath-work techniques.

Mats will be provided but you can bring along your own blanket or pillow.
