Podiatry Service update

October 26, 2020

The Podiatry Service in Sefton is continuing to offer appointments to patients whose foot health is considered at risk to prevent deterioration as well patients with diabetic foot ulceration. The service will prioritise patients based on their clinical need.

The health and safety of all patients and staff remains our top priority. It may take longer than usual to offer you an appointment due to the ongoing requirement to ensure our services are delivered in a way which keeps patients and staff safe from COVID-19.

Additional procedures have also been put in place to ensure the safety of our patients and staff should a home visit be required.

The COVID-19 patient advice line has now closed.

All existing patients should contact their local clinic for an appointment or advice.
