Review of local health policies – involving Sefton residents
People in Sefton are being asked for their views about a range of local health policies. The CCG is reviewing more than 100 policies to ensure that resources are used on the treatments which work best for patients and reflect the latest clinical evidence.
These policies will be reviewed in batches over the next 12 months. The first batch of treatments currently being reviewed includes removal of piles, cataract surgery, laser tattoo removal and treatments for hairloss. Engagement on this batch will close on 18 September.
To register your views, people are being encouraged to visit the CCG website to find out more and complete an online survey
