Share your experience of North West Ambulance Service

August 8, 2017

The North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is holding a ‘Patient Care Priorities’ workshop on the 18th September. The workshop is being held in relation to a Transformation project the Trust is involved in and will focus on how it can make improvements to their services, particularly in those areas that care for patients who have specific needs and conditions. NWAS is focusing specifically on the following areas:

• Frailty

• Maternity

• Mental Health and Dementia

• Young People

• End of Life

For the workshop, it is looking for patient representatives to attend and share their experiences of using the service. NWAS believes the best way to understand what it needs to change and improve on is by listening to patients and carers.

If this sounds like something you may be able to help with, can you let Rachel Bates, Patient Experience Assistant, know as soon as you can. Contact Rachel on 0151 261 2588 or via email: Rachel.bates@nwas.nhs.uk

Transport costs will be included and the location of the workshop will be confirmed nearer to the time in September but is likely to be between Liverpool and Manchester.
