  1. My father’s discharge from hospital is currently in the hands of the complex care team at Aintree Hospital.
We have tried every avenue to obtain a care home place for him without success as information is conflicting or non existant. And while we are going round in circles his health is deteriorating rapidly.
By attending this meeting would I be able to obtain correct information on how the process works and timescales in decesion making.

    • Thanks for sharing your comment. You can contact Aintree Hospital Patient Advice and Complaints Team (PACT) for support if you haven’t done this already, via Tel: 0151 529 3287 or Email: complaints.aintree@liverpoolft.nhs.uk
We will also contact you privately regarding this.
      Best wishes,
