Share your views at Mersey Care ‘Your voice, your change’ events

September 3, 2024

In September and October, Mersey Care will be holding several Your Voice Your Change events with our service users, patients, carers, their families and the public.

The sessions aim to help us to fully understand both the service user, carer and staff experience and identify the actions that we can take together that will have the biggest impact.

We have done this before; and over the years it’s been used to inform our strategic plans, our work on Restorative Just Culture, and also to support the redesign of the organisation.

Given the wide range and complexity of our services, it’s more important than ever that we take time to stop, listen and hear your views.

These sessions will include ‘Mega Conversations’ and are listening events. These facilitated conversations will be hosted by an executive team member and senior managers and ask the same three questions:

What do you think is working well?

What could be better?

What new things can we try?

If you would like to get involved, please book your place by emailing: Engagement@merseycare.nhs.uk  or call 01925 972950.
