Take part in survey to have your say on the future of Liverpool University Hospitals

Liverpool University Hospital Foundation Trust (LUHFT) is committed to putting patients and local community at the heart of everything we do and how we work. We have started work developing a new Trust strategy; this will replace the current Our Future Together strategy which expires at the end of March 2024. 

The Trust’s new strategy will set the direction of travel for the organisation for the next five years, supported by strategic and annual delivery plans. To help design and shape the strategy we want to know:

• What it feels like to be treated here

• What is important to you when you access our services

• What you expect from LUHFT in the future

A short survey has been created to enable you to provide us with your feedback and comments. You can complete the survey here.

The patient and public strategy engagement exercise closes on Sunday 19 November 2023.

With the support of local Healthwatch groups, LUHFT will also be running a couple of online workshop sessions, where you will have opportunity to hear the latest about the strategy refresh process before sharing your thoughts and opinions on the future of LUHFT. More information on this will be shared via your local Healthwatch network soon.
