UC24’s latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report

UC24 is a Social Enterprise, delivering a range of Urgent and Primary care services to more than 750,000 people across Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool and Sefton.
UC24’s recent Care Quality Commission report has been published and they have been rated as Good in every domain. The report highlights work undertaken on governance, patient safety, staff support and well-being. Click here for a copy of the report.
The report covers the specialist urgent care work which now represents about half of the work they undertake. The other half which UC24 undertakes focuses on delivering new models of primary care.
