Upcoming Menopause group sessions at Brighter Living, Southport Community Centre

Brighter Living Partnership have two upcoming Menopause groups on Tuesday 15 July 1-4pm and Thursday 4 September 5.30-8.30pm. These sessions will include:
- A group coaching session
- Discuss menopause and what it means to you
- Share experiences
- Explore lifestyle factors to help navigate menopause
- Make a personalised plan
- Feel more in control of your health and well-being
The sessions will be held at Southport Community centre, 99 Norwood Road, Southport PR8 6HQ.
