Here is a round up of the enquiries that our signposting and complaints team received in September 2023:
  • We received 43 enquiries.
  • 30% of those were Dental queries.
  • 23% calls were from residents struggling to communicate with their GP surgeries either for urgent medical advice, following up results and referrals to secondary care.

  • Residents found it difficult to communicate with staff at GP surgeries.
