Healthwatch Sefton currently has a vacancy for a Signposting, Information and Administration Officer.

This is a full-time post based in our office at Burlington House, Crosby Road North, Waterloo.

The main responsibilities are: to be the main point of contact for members of the public who want to access the Healthwatch Sefton Signposting & Information Service and Independent Complaints Advocacy and to provide Healthwatch Sefton with up-to-date intelligence on key trends from the Healthwatch Sefton Feedback centre.
