Workshop invite for young people to share views on mental health apps

We’re excited to announce our next “Let’s build this: from research to creative design” workshop for young people, taking place on:
Saturday 6th September, 1:00pm – 3:30pm
at
The Civic Health Innovation Labs (CHIL), IC1 Liverpool Science Park, 131 Mount Pleasant, Liverpool, L3 5TF
This workshop is a unique opportunity for young people to help shape the future of mental health apps by sharing their views, reviewing study materials, and contributing to creative design. Parents and carers are also invited to attend with their children, as we are particularly interested in their feedback on documents aimed at both young people and families.
*Important update about supervision requirements
At our last workshop, under 16s were able to attend on their own. However, because this next session will include young people aged 18–25, we’ve introduced extra safeguarding measures:
- Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- If attending with friends or siblings, one adult can supervise up to four young people.
- Young people up to age 25 are welcome to attend.
- No one over 25 can attend unless accompanying a young person.
Why should I attend?
- Share your views and have a direct impact on mental health care
- Help review study documents and contribute to the creative design of the website
- Receive a high street gift voucher as a thank you
- Get your travel expenses reimbursed
Spaces are limited – register by 3rd September:
