Include-IT Mersey is pleased to announce that it has started offering telephone support to people needing help with any I.T. queries.
Its team of Digital Champions can help with queries to do with smartphones, tablets, laptops and PC’s.
Queries can include topics such as:
- Wifi connection problems
- Emails
- Job search/ universal credit log
- Online shopping
- Connecting to skype/ zoom etc
- Accessing YouTube for health/ fitness/ cooking videos
Whatever your technical query, Include-IT Mersey can help but, unfortunately, it can’t help those that don’t have the internet/ equipment and this current support is for individuals rather than groups.
