Healthwatch Sefton wants to hear from you about how the COVID-19 outbreak has affected accessing health and care services.

This can also include feedback from family members too.

By sparing a few minutes in completing our survey, your comments can help commissioners and providers improve their services.

Good feedback is important too because they also need to know what is working well.

All feedback in the survey is anonymous.

  1. We have been happy with our GP experience. My Wife has had three telephone conversations with her GP and been referred for blood tests. All proceeded very smoothly.

    I was receiving physiotherapy on the NHS, that has stopped/paused.

    Dental Services seem hit and miss. Check ups have stopped. My elderly Mother has needed urgent dental care for some weeks but has not been able to get this.

    Finally, my Wife has noted that regular important check ups, such as smears, have been stopped, delayed. The backlog in such important testing is deeply concerning.

  2. I have been able to see a doctor and get a hospital appointment. The doctor and the hospital were both very accommodating. I went to the Linder McCartney suit and all was well.
