Healthwatch Sefton are working in partnership with NHS Mersey Care Foundation Trust asking for your feedback on accessing Community Services across South Sefton. If you have visited your local clinic for a blood test, podiatry appointment, wound care, or any other service, we would like to hear about your experience.
Posters are being displayed in the Health Centre waiting areas along with leaflets on how to get in touch with us to share your feedback.
