CQC (Care Quality Commission) Reports for Sefton

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has shared its latest reports for local services based in Sefton. Please see below for the providers which have recently been inspected and the latest inspection reports.

Avalon Care Home, PR8 1LW, a residential care home, was inspected in April 23 and has been rated as ‘Requires improvement’ overall.
