Digital drop in sessions in Sefton

Need some help with technology?  Then come to Include IT Mersey’s free digital drop-in sessions.

This is a free volunteer led service where people can come with their phones/laptops/tablets and get help using them.

We can help people navigate the internet, set up emails, access services online and use their technology.  Come along and get help with:

• Getting online
• Setting up online account
• Phone, tablet and laptop setup
• Help with accessing online GP and other NHS services
• Accessing universal credit and other government services online
• Emails, social media and other online entertainment
• Help accessing video calling like Zoom, Skype & Teams

Sessions are available across Sefton:

Southport Library, The Atkinson- Mondays 10-12pm & Wednesdays 10-1pm

Southport Community Centre, Norwood Road- Tuesdays 10.30-12.30pm

Formby Wetherspoons- Wednesdays 10-12pm

Bootle Library- Mondays 11-1pm

Bootle Life Rooms- Tuesdays 10-11.30am

Feel Good Factory- Tuesdays 10-12pm

Strand by Me- Thursdays 11-12pm
