Sefton Council want to hear the views and experiences of carers who support those living with dementia

The purpose of the Sefton Council survey is to help  better understand the experiences and concerns of the people who care for those that live with dementia.

This understanding will help us to decide what action needs to be taken to improve the journey through dementia for both carers and those they care for, over the next three to five years in Sefton.
