Dementia Action week events across Sefton 13-19 May

Dementia Friendly Sefton is a partnership which aims to support people to live well with Dementia. This Dementia Action Week’s events are supported by Parkhaven Trust, Alzheimer’s Society & Sefton Carers Centre as well as other partners.
To book a place on a dementia friends awareness session on 13 May at the Atkinson, 14 May at Bootle Library or 16 May at Maghull Town Hall, please follow the link to the document below. You can then click on to the session you want to attend and fill in your details.
