Keep Warm Keep Well Event for Over 50s

Sefton Opera and Sefton MBC Affordable Warmth Team invite you to their event, ‘Keep Warm Keep Well’ event at Bootle Cricket Club, Wadham Road, L20 2DD, on Monday 3rd October 2016.  

Information stands will be there, from 10.30am until noon.

The event will include;

• Chair based exercise
• Free goody bags
• Massage
• Light Lunchtime refreshments

A free tea dance will follow, from 1.30pm until 4pm with Memory Lane.
