Have you ever used primary, community, acute or social care services. Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust are developing their community services, working with people like you to improve your care.
They want to tailor support to reflect the needs, strengths and aspirations to improve physical health and mental wellbeing.
If interested the Trust is holding an event on the 16th March 2018, 9:30 am – 11:00 am at Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre, Cambridge Road, Waterloo, Liverpool, L22 1RR.
