Special screening of Reservoir Dogs
Next Tuesday (8 January), the Plaza Community Cinema on Crosby Road North, Waterloo, will be hosting a special screening of Quentin Tarantino’s 1992 blockbuster ‘Reservoir Dogs’ (certificate 18) in aid of Sefton 4 Good to help raise money for a wide range of local good causes across the borough.
Doors open at 7.30pm and the film will start at 8pm.
Tickets are now available to purchase from the Plaza box office and are priced £4 for adults or £3 for concessions.
“The event will give movie fans the rare chance to see this modern classic on the big screen while also helping to support some great local causes!” says Mike Howlett, Sefton CVS’ Senior Citizenship & Volunteering Officer.
Money raised will go towards Sefton4Good’s Grant Fund, which provides grants of up to £1,000 to a wide variety of local good causes throughout Sefton.
In 2018, Sefton4Good awarded £15,000 to 25 local groups, supporting work including a film-making project for young people, wheelchair basketball sessions, and equipment for a variety of environmental and green space projects.
Tickets are limited for this one-off screening, so don’t miss out! Click here to visit the Plaza Community Cinema’s website or visit the Cinema Box Office at 13 Crosby Road North, Waterloo, L22 0LD.
