Join in new participation platform

The Care Quality Commission is piloting a new digital participation platform and is inviting patients and members of the public to join and become more involved in their work.

The new platform has been developed in response to public feedback that travelling and attending CQC events is often challenging, and that the existing Public Online Community is a bit difficult to navigate.

The hope is that the new digital platform will provide an accessible, easy way for people to share their views and ideas and so get more involved in the CQC’s work.

At the moment, they are asking for feedback on the format for the Monitoring the Mental Health Act Report and guidance on how we regulate services for people with a learning disability and/or autism.
