A new mental health campaign has launched urging everyone to be ‘Kind to Your Mind’ during the Coronavirus pandemic. It aims to support the mental wellbeing of people living and working in Cheshire and Merseyside.

Sue Forster, Chair of Champs Directors of Public Health, says: “On behalf of the Champs Directors of Public Health I would like to thank all our local public health teams and partners for their hard work during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“It is more important than ever that we look after our mental wellbeing and encourage others to do the same. We are delighted to launch the new Kind to Your Mind campaign, in collaboration with the Cheshire & Merseyside Health and Care Partnership (C&M HCP).”

The #BeKindToYourMind campaign promotes the national ‘Every Mind Matters’ messages as well as highlighting the new ALMA wellbeing portal which has a range of mental and physical wellbeing resources available.

The C&M HCP have created a short promotional video for the campaign which can be viewed here
