We will engage with a range of stakeholders in addition to our community members and residents to support service development and improvements.
We will share feedback with our staff, volunteers and directors.

Compliments are positive feedback that can be received verbally or in writing and can include expressions of praise, admiration, congratulation and encouragement.
Receiving compliments presents an opportunity to celebrate and recognise success.

- Compliments are anonymised or permission sought before display
- Numbers of compliments received are logged as part of a Quality Assurance Programme/ included in contract monitoring reports.
