We have very close ties to our community with over 60% of our staff having grown up accessing our youth activities.  (We have a clear pathway from young service user to employee).  We are a real living wage employer and we believe in nurturing our staff and volunteers to develop a positive atmosphere where everyone can thrive.  Our trustees are drawn from the local community and Christ Church and together they bring expert community knowledge as well as charity and local authority experience.

We are about to enter a period of significant change – the Vicar of Christ Church who, as chair, has been instrumental in the centre’s development as an organisation, is retiring in July 2019, after 28 years.
