City Walk-in Centre at the BEAT will move to the Linda McCartney Centre at the Royal Liverpool Hospital 16 October 2023

The City Walk-in Centre at the BEAT, Hanover Street will move to the Linda McCartney Centre, at the Royal Liverpool site, Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from week commencing 16 October 2023.

The Walk-in Centre opening times, staffing and service delivery will remain the same.  It will be open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.

Feedback from service users at the current site highlighted various concerns and the new site will offer the opportunity to expand and enhance the service offer to patients.

The CMAGIC service (Cheshire and Merseyside Adult Gender Identity Collaborative) operate a hybrid model of virtual and face to face consultations from the BEAT and will move to a new base in Dale Street on the 12 September 2023. They will also provide a clinic one day a week from the Central Liverpool Primary Care Network, London Road site.

Other services delivered by health care providers operating from the Beat will remain unchanged.
