Free family wellbeing event at Maghull Town Hall Saturday 2 December

Our free Family Wellbeing day will be held at Maghull Town Hall, Hall Lane, L31 7BB, on Saturday 2nd December, 10.30-3.30pm.
The day will include a marketplace of services including:
- We’re Here campaign- a Sefton directory of all Mental Health Services in Sefton.
- Home from Home- Day service empowering older adults to live their lives to the fullest.
- May logan centre- Promoting free menopause wellbeing sessions, mother and baby fitness classes and a range of courses within the community.
- Church for All Maghull- Running free arts and craft activities.
- Select Training CIC- Signing adults up to a free Level 1 Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health training.
- Select Training CIC Mini Medics- Running free mental health training sessions for children age 8-12 and free family mindfulness painting sessions.
- Living well Sefton smoothie bike.
- Children’s entertainer and face painter available all day.
