Healthwatch Sefton Feedback Centre

We would like to inform you that the current Healthwatch Sefton online Feedback Centre is no longer active. We are currently developing a new feedback system, which we expect to launch in the coming weeks.

As part of this transition, the weekly feedback and review emails will no longer be issued, and it will no longer be possible to respond directly to reviews. We understand how valuable this feature is and are exploring ways to reintroduce the ability to respond to feedback in the new system at a later date.

We would like to thank you for registering with the Feedback Centre and for supporting Healthwatch Sefton’s independent work to encourage people to share their experiences of health and care services. Your engagement has been greatly appreciated.

Please be assured that all previous service reviews will be transferred to the new system. This feedback will continue to inform our work and help shape local health and care services.

Further information about the new Feedback Centre will be shared once it is ready to launch. In the meantime, thank you for your continued support.
