Healthwatch Sefton: Information Review Group

Healthwatch Sefton is setting up an ‘Information review group’, to help review its own information and leaflets and information/leaflets which commissioners and providers share with us to check that they are easy to understand etc… For example over the past few months we have been asked by Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to look at information relating to their flexible visiting policy and by Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust to review information leaflets for the Podiatry service.

The group will be virtual with members of the group receiving information by email to review and provide feedback/comments/suggestions. The work undertaken by the group will be led by requests and therefore the work undertaken by the group will be as and when information is shared with us.
