Invitation to Patient Information and Listening Event

Dr Maassarani & Partners have recently been appointed as the new interim provider for the next 13 months (March 2016 to March 2017) for the following five GP practices in South Sefton:
- · Crossways Practice
- · Crosby Village Surgery
- · Seaforth Village Practice
- · Litherland Practice
- · Maghull Practice (Parkhaven)
NHS England appointed the provider following a very comprehensive and strong application that focused on delivering improvements to general practice including clinical governance, quality, service provision and patient care. Following the appointment, NHS England wrote to all patients informing them of the new management arrangements.
As the new provider, we would like to reassure patients that the main aim of the interim period is to provide safe, high quality services which meets patient’s needs. We are fully committed to developing Sefton practices further to ensure we improve primary care provision for all of our patients.
As part of our introduction to registered patients we are holding a series of locally based patient and public information and listening events to meet and talk to patients across all five practices. We have written to all registered patients to inform them about our events and we hope this will form the beginning of a robust dialogue with Sefton patients moving forward.
The events are listed below and you are most welcome to attend. Can I ask that you please register your attendance in advance so we may manage numbers. There is one central number to register your attendance for any of the events listed below.
