Quality Improvement and Engagement Event – Setting the Quality Agenda
23/02/2016
Date and Venue: On 10th March 2016 we are inviting you to join us to help shape our 2016/17 Quality Account. The event will commence at 12.30pm with lunch and will finish at 4pm. The event will take place at the Forsyth Centre, University of Liverpool, 1 Brownlow Street, Liverpool, L69 3GL
What is a Quality Account?
The Quality Account shares information about the quality of our services and how we measured that quality. It also sets out our top priorities for quality improvement in the year ahead. Our Quality Account provides a wide ranging view of all the services we provide, with a special focus on Patient Safety, Clinical Effectiveness and Patient Experience.
Who is the event for?
The event is open to patients, staff, carers, local health and care partners, clinical commissioning groups and voluntary and community sector organisations. It is a great opportunity to gather your ideas and feedback on some of the areas we should feature in our quality account for next year. We will keep you informed after the event on how your ideas from the day have shaped our Quality Account for 2016.
Areas for Engagement and Discussion
- Setting the scene for patient experience and engagement, launch of 2016-2018 patient/carer experience strategy.
