Healthwatch Sefton is inviting Sefton residents who are registered with a GP practice in the Seaforth, Litherland and Netherton area (see above list) to get involved and have a say about their GP practice/surgery. Throughout 2015 Healthwatch Sefton visited all of the above practices to speak to patients and staff about the service. Reports for each practice will soon be available but Healthwatch Sefton wants to ensure that patients from the above practices who were not present at the surgery on the day of the visit also have the chance to have their say.

Everyone has a right to have a say in the level of care they receive, now it’s your chance to be heard.

We need responses back by 5pm, Thursday 24^th March 2016.

Once we have all the responses we will put together a report which shows the main themes which you have told us about and share this with the people who provide the service, commissioners, the people who buy the services on your behalf and with patients/local residents.
