Sefton Carers cafe at the Life Rooms Southport on 3 March

Sefton Carers Centre and Mersey Care’s Carer Engagement Team invite carers to join them, for the opportunity to meet other carers, take time out for yourself and get information and advice to support you in your caring role.

The event will be held at:

on Tuesday, 3 March 2026 from 10.30am – 12pm

*Chat to staff from the Carer Engagement Team and Sefton Carers Centre

*Spend time with other carers

*Take part in an art and craft activity
