Have your say to help improve supported living in Sefton
Sefton Council are running a survey for people who are using Supported Living services now, and also their families and carers.
They want to create good support in suitable homes that people need.
They want to improve:
- Choices available
- Quality Care and Support
- Well-being of everyone
- Independence
We will be asking people about their experience of Supported Living between Monday 21st July and Sunday 28th September 2025.
You can share your ideas in different ways.
Go online to by following this link to Your Sefton Your Say and select Supported Living or scan this QR code.
You can also email ideas to: yourhomeyoursay@sefton.gov.uk
Or you can ring the Council on 0151 934 2888 to give your ideas or ask for paper copy and pre-paid envelope.
If you need independent support complete the survey you can contact our Healthwatch Sefton signposting service on 0800 206 1304 between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. If the line is busy, please leave a message which includes your name and phone number, and we will get back in touch with you.
There are also in person meetings to chat through ideas and feedback people have. Look on Sefton.Gov.UK – search for Supported Living commissioning to find out where and when.
