This event will be held on the online meeting platform, Zoom.
This session will provide you with an update on how the Trust currently uses the feedback it receives.
We also want to listen to and record your feedback about Southport and Formby District General Hospital or Ormskirk District General Hospital.
If you have been a patient, family member or carer and visited the Trust, we would like to hear about your experiences. We would like to know what has worked well and what, if anything, could be improved. Your feedback can help to improve care.
