Important Covid update: variant of concern & getting tested

The Delta variant of Covid-19 is classed as a ‘variant of concern’ as it continues to spread at pace across England. To tackle it, Sefton, alongside other boroughs in the Liverpool City Region and across the UK, is receiving additional support to help identify the variant through testing and prevent its spread through self-isolation and vaccination programmes.
