New parent well-being group at the White House in Southport

A new free parent well-being group is being held at the White House community centre at Park Road west in Southport. The group meets every Tuesday between 9.30 and 11.30 am.
Join them for:
- A buggy walk at 9.45am
- Breastfeeding support
- Specialist post-natal advice and support
There are free refreshments, toys for little ones and siblings are welcome too.
