Sefton Community Pharmacy Public Survey open until end of December 2021
Sefton Community Pharmacy (Chemist) Survey is open from now until the end of December 2021. Sefton Health and Wellbeing Board is working on a new report about community pharmacies (chemists) in Sefton. Please take a few minutes to respond to our anonymous online survey and answer some simple questions about how you use local pharmacies. Just follow the link to tell us what you think.
Patient Survey of Community Pharmacy Services 2021 (surveymonkey.co.uk)
The survey can be completed in under 5 minutes but may take a bit longer depending on how much you write in the optional comments sections.
To request a paper copy of the survey or to get support with any other communication needs, you can:
- Email public.health@sefton.gov.uk , or
- Call Sefton Council on 0345 140 0845
- And say it is about the Pharmacy Survey
It will not be possible to identify you from your responses to the survey questions. The information you give is confidential. It will only be used in a summary of all the responses. No one else will see your answers, this means people like your GP and pharmacists will not see what you write.
Your information will help to ensure that the services on offer are a good fit for what people in Sefton need. The final report is used to help plan the number of Community Pharmacies required in each part of the borough and to ensure the services on offer meet the needs of the local population.
You can see how information from this survey is used in the draft report (‘Draft Sefton Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2022’) which we will send out in the middle of next year for people to read and comment on.
Thank you for your time and effort. Your views and experiences are very valuable, important, and helpful.
