Sefton Council needs your views on day services in survey: closes 24th October

This survey is about Day Opportunities in Sefton.

A few years ago, from 11th October 2021 to 9th January 2022, Sefton Council collected your thoughts on Day Opportunities. There were surveys and meetings, both in-person and online. We put all the ideas in a report.  An easy read copy of this can be found through the link for the survey below.

We want to carry on with developing day opportunities in Sefton. We want to know if your opinions have changed. To help with this, we’ve made a new short survey. This survey is based on what you previously told us. That information is still useful and being used in this work.

The information you give us will be used to tell us what services need to be available in the future.

Your ideas will be used as part of our strategy or plan for the day opportunities in Sefton.
