What did you tell us about in August?

Here is a round up of the enquiries that our signposting and complaints team received in August 2023:
  • We received 49 enquiries – 44% of those were Dental queries
  • Six contacts were from people looking for social care assessments for equipment or adaptations to support elderly residents at home.
  • Supported one housebound patient to make contact with the community phlebotomy service.
  • Complaints included three residents with difficulty accessing medication from their GP.
